## 2. Subscription Plans
ScriptAIS offers subscription-based plans (monthly and annual) that provide access to our AI content generation tools, including AI Writer, AI Image, AI Chat, AI Code, Speech to Text, Text to Voice, and other features included in your selected plan.

## 3. Refund Eligibility
### 3.1 New Subscriptions — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are a **first-time subscriber** to a paid plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within **7 days of your initial purchase**, provided that:
- You have not consumed more than **10% of your plan's credit allocation** (words, images, or other credits)
- The request is submitted within the 7-day window from the date of purchase
- You have not previously received a refund under this guarantee
This 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies **once per customer** and is not available for subsequent renewals or plan changes.
### 3.2 Renewals
Subscription renewals are **non-refundable**. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to take effect for the upcoming cycle.
We send renewal reminder emails before your subscription renews. Failure to receive such an email does not constitute grounds for a refund.
### 3.3 Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, the 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the initial purchase. After this window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your billing period, but no partial or pro-rated refund will be issued.
### 3.4 Additional Credit Purchases
Any additional credits purchased beyond your plan's base allocation are **non-refundable** once they have been issued to your account, regardless of whether they have been consumed.

## 4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will **not** be issued in the following situations:
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund window has expired
- You have already consumed a significant portion of the plan's credits (more than 10%)
- You changed your mind after the refund window has passed
- Technical issues on your end (e.g., incompatible devices, internet connectivity problems) that are not caused by ScriptAIS
- You claim unfamiliarity with the platform features that are clearly described on our website and Pricing page
- The refund has already been issued previously under the satisfaction guarantee

## 5. Service Disruptions
In the event of a significant and prolonged service outage caused by ScriptAIS (typically defined as more than 24 consecutive hours of platform unavailability), we will evaluate affected accounts on a case-by-case basis and may offer:
- A credit extension to your account
- A partial credit or refund proportional to the affected period
This does not apply to planned maintenance windows communicated in advance, or disruptions caused by third-party AI providers, internet infrastructure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).

Users on the free plan are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is collected. If you wish to upgrade to a paid plan, please review the plan details carefully before subscribing.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your ScriptAIS account and potential reporting to fraud prevention services.
