Account Registration ### 3.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. ### 3.2 Account Creation To access the full features of ScriptAIS, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ### 3.3 Account Security You agree to notify us immediately at support@scriptais.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. ScriptAIS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. ### 3.4 One Account Per User You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, access free trials repeatedly, or abuse promotional offers. ScriptAIS reserves the right to terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts. --- ## 4. Subscriptions and Plans ### 4.1 Free Plan ScriptAIS may offer a free tier with limited access to features and usage credits. Free plan availability is subject to change at our discretion. ### 4.2 Paid Plans Paid subscriptions grant access to additional features and higher usage limits. Plan details, pricing, and included credits are described on our Pricing page at https://scriptais.com/pricing. ### 4.3 Billing Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorize ScriptAIS to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. ### 4.4 Plan Changes You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. ### 4.5 Renewals and Cancellations Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. --- ## 5. Usage Credits ### 5.1 Credit System ScriptAIS uses a credit-based system. Each plan includes a defined number of words, images, audio minutes, or other credits per billing cycle. ### 5.2 Credit Expiry Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated in your plan description. ### 5.3 Additional Credits We may offer the ability to purchase additional credits beyond your plan's allocation. Acceptable Use Policy ### 6.1 Permitted Uses You may use ScriptAIS to generate content for personal, commercial, and professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. ### 6.2 Prohibited Uses You agree NOT to use ScriptAIS to: - Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive - Produce or distribute misinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive content intended to mislead others - Create content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or privacy rights - Generate content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or involves minors in any harmful context - Promote, incite, or facilitate violence, terrorism, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in an unauthorized manner - Use the platform to train competing AI models without explicit written consent - Engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or damages our infrastructure - Create spam, phishing content, or malicious code - Circumvent any technical protection measures or usage limits ScriptAIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. --- ## 7. Intellectual Property ### 7.1 Content You Generate Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you retain ownership of the output content you generate through ScriptAIS. However, you acknowledge that: - AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under the laws of certain jurisdictions. - You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute generated content. - ScriptAIS does not guarantee that generated content is original or free from similarity to other content. ### 7.2 Our Platform All software, designs, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and documentation associated with ScriptAIS are the exclusive property of ScriptAIS or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission. ### 7.3 Feedback If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant ScriptAIS a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving our services. --- ## 8. Content Moderation and AI Limitations ### 8.1 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer ScriptAIS uses third-party AI models and APIs to generate content. However, no automated system is perfect. If you encounter inappropriate outputs, please report them to support@scriptais.com. ### 8.3 No Professional Advice Content generated by ScriptAIS does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for professional decisions. --- ## 9. Privacy Your use of ScriptAIS is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ScriptAIS in the three (3) months preceding the claim. --- ## 13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScriptAIS and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) content you generate or share; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights. --- ## 14. Termination ### 14.1 By You You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@scriptsais.com or using the account deletion feature in your settings. ### 14.2 By Us We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ScriptAIS at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. ### 14.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. --- ## 15. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
